2 Trenchard Place Nearly Complete

This home is nearly complete on the inside; most of the cabinetry is completed as is the flooring. Painters will now move in for the final coat of paint followed by the plumbers and electricians to complete their installations making the home ready for occupancy.

The exterior now has the front entrance landing, steps, and stonework completed. We expect the rest of the exterior will be completed within 10 days.

Drywall Complete

2 Trenchard Place drywalled

This home is now drywalled and ready to have the siding installed. We are hoping for a July 31 occupancy; let's hope all continues to move along smoothly.

At Lock Up
